About Sarah
Thoughtful care starts with being heard.
Weatherly was created so patients in South County could have more time, more access, and a provider who knows them well.

Sarah McGinley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Owner and founder of Weatherly Direct Primary Care
Sarah has worked in healthcare for more than 14 years, serving the South County community. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island in 2018 and spent six years as an RN at South County Hospital.
Before opening Weatherly, Sarah worked as a Nurse Practitioner in interventional pain management in Westerly, then returned to the primary care work she cares most about. She believes direct primary care makes it possible to build a better relationship with patients through more time and availability.
Sarah is also licensed in Connecticut and licensed to provide telehealth in Florida.
Sarah grew up in nearby southeastern Connecticut and made South County home after completing her bachelor’s degree at Bryant University. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her husband, two children, and Tilly, the family’s standard poodle.
