Weatherly offers comprehensive adult primary care for patients ages 16 and older, with direct access to a provider who takes the time to know you.

What your membership can include

Most primary care needs can be handled in the practice, with a thoughtful plan when you need care beyond the office.

Telehealth appointments may be available when appropriate. Sarah is also licensed in Connecticut and licensed to provide telehealth in Florida.

  • Comprehensive annual wellness exams
  • In-office urinalysis, strep, flu, COVID, and occult blood stool testing
  • Women’s health exams and cervical cancer screening
  • Breast, colon, prostate, lung, and thyroid screening coordination

  • Medical record management and specialist coordination

  • UTI and upper respiratory testing in the office

Direct primary care

Built around access, not insurance paperwork.

Weatherly maintains a smaller patient panel so Sarah can devote more time to your needs and stay available when questions arise.

Some testing, labs, imaging, prescriptions, and specialist care may be handled outside Weatherly, where your insurance may be used.

A note about long-term opioid prescriptions

Sarah does not take over long-term opioid prescriptions. When appropriate, she refers patients to the right specialist for safe management.
