For routine prescription refills, scheduling, and general medical questions, Sarah prefers a portal message so your communication stays organized in your chart.

If you need a same-day refill because you are traveling or out of medication, text 401-358-1567 with your name and date of birth.

For urgent concerns

Text the practice number

For sick calls or urgent questions, text 401-358-1567 during normal business hours. After 5pm or on a weekend, include the nature of your concern.

When an in-person visit is clinically needed, Sarah can often see you within one to two days. Many concerns can be handled by phone when appropriate.
